  Bathroom renovation

  Ali and his team were not only professional but also polite and conscientious. The level of works done was to a very high standard and their attention to detail was noted. They made sure we were updated every step of the project and that everything was as we wanted. We're delighted we booked them in to renovate our bathroom and we will be using their services again in the future for our next home project. I would advise anyone looking for good and honest tradesmen to book them as they are without a doubt the best we have delt with. Thank you Ali 10/10!

  Kitchen replacement and Lounge renovation

  I found AM Builders through Checkatrade to renovate a lounge and remove and replace a kitchen in Islington. Ali was very enthusiastic and came around a provided a very competitive quote. The quote involved: • Removal and disposal of kitchen units and wall and floor tiles • Removal and disposal of kitchen appliances • New Wren kitchen installation including installation of appliances and preparation of kitchen for new quartz worktops, • All electrical work including LED spotlights in kitchen ceiling, Wiring and installation of LED strip lighting in the kitchen, installation of Individual fuses

  I’m really happy with Alireza’s work. He explained all my options based on my budget and time. He was honest about my old cupboards and updated them instead of replacing them, saving me money. He removed the wallpaper, prepped the walls properly and painted everything to a high standard. He’s skilled, reliable and pays great attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend him.

  Kitchen refurb + painting and decorating

  We are extremely pleased with Ali and his team. Hired initially for our kitchen (where Ali honestly advised keeping the real wood doors and only replacing handles/paint), we quickly utilized his broader skills for problematic areas. His team worked fast to meet our move-in deadline, transforming old, damp, crumbling walls in the bedroom and living area to an exceptionally high standard. Ali is reliable, professional, and courteous. He far exceeded our expectations in decorating, damp control, and rebuilding. We recommend him highly and will hire him for all future work.

  Prepping bedroom for fitted wardrobe installation

  We hired Ali to take out our current fitted wardrobes and redecorate our bedroom prior to new wardrobes being installed. Ali worked hard over three days to clear everything (arranging for its disposal), ensure the room was ready for painting and then decorated as per our specifications. The room now looks great with everything in place - many thanks!
