Gavin is both knowledgeable and professional, he does a great job servicing the boiler. He had to confirm that the flue was sealed correctly, so took pictures of the external area to convince Worchester that it was sealed correctly which was successful. He is always punctual and very friendly. We use him for all boiler work outside the warranty.
