Of the various companies contacted Amber Security were the only one who understood what we wanted and sorted it. They ordered a necessary part in before arranging to come over (at their cost) and also happily came back to tweak something which didn’t work correctly. Very happy to recommend based on our experience.

Had new fire alarms put in to my flat. Amber were the only company who responded in good time to the job ad and were able to get someone out to for them quickly. The guy was friendly and efficient.

Michal communicated perfectly, explained everything about the system features and design clearly and patiently, wasn’t pushy or pressuring the sale. The install went very smoothly with Tomasz being very respectful of our home, explaining everything patiently and seeking the best method/solution for each step in the install. After install Michal was very quick to sort out some issues and questions. Overall a great service. Thanks guys
