  Sam went above and beyond today in filling all the cracks and ceiling pops in our house, even ones we didn’t mention on our initial quote. Highly reliable for any plastering job.

  Sam has recently been to do work at our house, this is the 3rd time we have used him and as always he was amazing. Sam is conscientious, thorough and extremely pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend him 100% to anyone. Amber plastering and property maintenance are a top firm.

  Removal of old rendering, disposal of all waste. Prepared area and application of new render system

  Good communication throughout and gave advice about the job and actually reduced the amount of work required and therefore the costs. Liaised with other trades (scaffolder) and ensured all elements of the job worked together. Final finish is excellent

  I hired Sam of Amber Plastering and Property Maintenance to render the exterior of my newly purchased buy-to-let property in Selston, Nottinghamshire. The workmanship was outstanding. As I live in London, Sam also coordinated the roofer, scaffolding, skip company and neighbour, ensuring everything ran smoothly. He was professional, reliable, kept me updated throughout, and left the site clean and tidy. I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy tradesman.   Complete Front of Property Rendering/Eaves Painting and new Guttering/Pipes

  Sam always kept us informed of when Amber Plastering would be doing the work as the weather has been very wet for May/June. We asked for the painting of the Eaves as it became apparent that the rendering was so well done and clean and in the colour we asked for that the Eaves didn't look good. Sam rang to see if we wanted new guttering/downpipes in parts which we agreed to as the current ones had been on for years. They redid part of the rendering they had done as they were not happy with it. Looks fantastic and have to say from my wife and myself Sam and Joe were so polite all throughout.

  Reassuring and professional throughout!

  Sam was professional from start to finish. I am made up with the work he has done upon completion. He was reassuring throughout, answering any questions I had (I had many questions). I am also a huge stressor and he put me at ease throughout the whole process.
