Amber Locksmiths assured me he was supplying genuine Ford keys and reprogrammed my car after I lost an original key. Mere days later, my car was broken into because the keys he provided were not locking the car properly. When I visited Ford, they confirmed the keys are not genuine Ford parts. I raised this with the locksmith and requested a refund, but he has refused and has since stopped responding to my messages. I paid £280 for what turned out to be fake and faulty car keys not fit for purpose, to then suffer a break-in and theft as a result. Avoid at all costs.

I required a replacement key for my car. Ira came to my address in super quick time. He ran a diagnostic program to ensure the issue was the key and not the car. He cut a new mechanical key, supplied me with a new electronic key, fully programmed the key, tested that it all worked well and allowed me to test it thoroughly before leaving. 100% service and quality. All at a fraction of the price of the main dealership. I could not be happier. Thank you Ira.

Ira was quick to arrive and get my keys out of the car after I locked myself out. I asked him to make me a copy on the spot and despite it being a challenge due to the model and age of my car he persevered and maned to make me a copy. Top bloke and excellent service. Would highly recomend him

Absolutely great service. I locked my keys and phone in the back of my van after it automatically locked when I closed the doors. I rung Amber locksmiths and Ira answered the phone. He said he would be with me in 30 minutes , he actually arrived sooner than that. He got in to my van with out causing any damage and the price was very reasonable as well. I would defo use him again, If you need a locksmith he is your man

Ira provided an excellent service throughout. I needed a key cut roadside and he was there within the hour and arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. He was highly courteous and very professional, explaining what he was doing and possible outcomes as he worked. Ultimately he had me on my way within an hour and charged exactly what he had estimated in our initial call. Superb service provided and highly recommended.
