Phill was outstanding throughout. They came back to complete a snagging list of minor issues after completing works. I found Tom to be very rude and confrontational which made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Because of this I have decided to get the remaining joinery work completed elsewhere. I could not recommend Phill enough, it’s a shame that the issues arrived on the last step during the aftercare prior to the final invoice payment.

Phil and Tom did an excellent and clean job on our staircase. very professional and skillful and a pleasure to have in your home. would recommend to anyone,and wouldn't hesitate to approach them for further works in my home.
