  Pawel responded very quickly to a request for help. He made appointments and always on time. He explained what he was doing and why and advised on best settings for our boiler. He was cheerful and friendly and his work was excellent.

  Pressure problem in boiler

  I raised the job late evening. Pavel called early morning the next day and did the job by 9.30am. The diagnosis and solution was expertly done. Pavel will return to service the boiler and check it is now ok

  Boiler service & repair

  From the very start, Pawel was quick to message and communicate with me, and was very polite & punctual. He was able to find a day that suited me best and arrived on time. I had booked my boiler in for service but it soon became clear that it was in need of repair. Pawel identified the problem and went out of his way to find the broken part so that my boiler could be fixed that same day. Having fitted the new part he then conducted a full service and showed me what to do in case of too low/high pressure. From a simple service to a full repair, Pawel was happy to help. Reasonably and fairly priced, all in all a happy customer and would use his services again. Recommend.

  Pawel knows his trade. He was very polite, in time, considerate and made me feel very comfortable having him in my home. He followed up with me twice to check all was ok. The standard of work was very good. Protection of my home along with cleaning up afterwards. I'd recommend him totally.

  The Combi Boiler of 16 years suddenly stopped and had to be replaced .

  Once problem identified several replacement models were considered to enable a decision to be made. Very good communication and patiently answered my questions which aided decision making. I live overseas so all communication was via Whatsapp. Recommended in my opinion as an honest hardworking conscientious person and very knowledgeable on the product and I believe provided my with a quality install. Provided me with some verbal references who I was able to communicate with and was reasonably priced. Finally he would be my preferred trades person in this area of expertise.
