Had the loft boarded with a new hatch and ladder installed

The communication was very good , had someone out within a few days to have a look and give us a quote, he even gave us a drawing of what will be done and how they would do it. They cleaned up after themselves and had a phone call a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work before paying the rest of the money.

Replacement loft ladder

Joel and Ryan did a wonderful job of replacing my metal loft ladder with a wooden one. They only took just over an hour to do the work and tidied up so well that I didn't need to vacuum afterwards. They even carried the old ladder and fittings down 2 flights of stairs so that I could give it to my neighbour.
