  Mr. Marc came to look at my dishwasher, but unfortunately the part it needed was very expensive; it would have been better to buy a new one. Marco was polite, friendly, and very honest. Thank you very much.

  Dishwasher Fixed

  Our dishwasher was not draining properly and we believed it was due to broken glass. I placed the inquiry at 9:30am and was booked in by 10am, and came at 12pm. It was the broken glass and did a thorough job of removing it. Even with the kitchen being small and tight space.

  Juan Carlos replaced two pipes in our 11-year old washing machine. He was very respectful of our property - wore shoe covers and put padding under washing machine to protect lino when machine moved. I was told call-out charge day before. Thank you very much.
