I asked Mike to carry out an EICR check on a flat I'm buying. He responded very quickly and was very informative in the report and in our correspondence. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again.

Mike did an EICR for us on very short notice during the process of buying a property. He kept us up to date while booking it in, communicated with our estate agent and sellers, and quickly had it scheduled in for Monday morning following initial contact on Thursday afternoon. The report, which was very detailed and informative, was sent to us the same day as the checks took place and Mike provided us with quotes for improvement works within an hour of requesting them.
