Great service and excellent communication. Had issue with water leaking into the kitchen when using the shower upstairs. Was advised by another contractor that will need to rip the whole shower cubicle out and replace with new one. AM property came and fixed the issue without needing a new shower and saved alot of money. Came to view the problem and booked in the work straight away. Work was excellent and have already used them for other work.

AM1, quick response to my post, offered immediate advice on phone before attending to the problem, offered availability suitable to the tenant and communicated with the tenant to arrange the repair and done the repair. A1 service.

Mujeeb helped us with our late father’s property over several months. We had to upgrade some toilet fittings and resolve a leak. He was quick to respond, very efficient and took time to talk us through the work and explain what he needed to do to carry out the repairs.
