  I recently had a bathroom renovation done by Alvin Construction. We had a serious leak under the sink that damaged the ceiling of the floor below. The team not only fixed the plumbing issue and repaired the ceiling, but they also completed the entire renovation beautifully. They were punctual, professional, and offered a fair price. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Initial work was reasonable, but overall poor finish. Issues included shower being installed incorrectly, exposed pipework, bathroom door installed upside down. Some was fixed with quick/cheap fix (eg. shower turned upside down so markings are wrong way up). Smaller issues included damaging the toilet seat and tiles during installation, excess waste left (despite us paying for complete removal) and uninstalling our working fan (unable to install new fan). Threw away items we asked them to keep. Worse still, they refused to accept responsibility for any wrongdoing. Dismissive of our concerns.

  Thank you for your review. We strongly disagree with your claims. All issues were resolved and the work was approved throughout. It’s disappointing that after failing to recover money from your supplier, you demanded £200 from us and threatened to leave a
