10 Replacement Pump

I had a couple of companies quote for this work which was really expensive, yet when I got Alton Facility Services on the phone, they were knowledgeable and organised, could offer me a next-day installation, and the the job was done by 9am. The company attended to a faulty sump pump which they got working. We received an invoice for £336.00. We did not receive any follow up report. Three weeks later the sump pump stopped working again. We contacted the company and met the engineer on site. He spent 2 minutes moving the float and we received another invoice for £336.00. So in total £672.00 for 5 minutes actual work. We challenged this with the company. If the issue was a fault that was likely to continue to happen as pointed out by the second engineer then a report and a quotation should have been provided to rectify the issue.Verified reviewerJob location: GU99.75 Jetting and pumping out a septic tank

We run a residential park for the over 50’s and had major issues with our drains. We called Alton Pumps and they responded very quickly and were able to do a temporary fix.
