Just wow. Colin and his team completely rebuilt our trust in builders. After being let down it took us a while to attempt to even think about finishing our extension. Not only is Colin professional, the standard of work is excellent, communication was excellent and all round couldn’t have wished for a better result. He’s helped us make our house the home we dreamed of

Alternate building services carried out a full loft conversion both gable ends and a full width rear dormer. Process start to finish was great. Few issues along the way which were no means colins fault but he helped quickly sort the problems. Reqlly good finish for my open planned office and guest bedroom . Out of all the builders i asked to look at the property for a quote his quote was the most genuine and on point! Colin completed full rip out of old roof all the way through to final fix inside. Cant reccommend ABS enough if you need building work or an extension done. Thanks mate!

I cannot recommend Colin and his team enough. He was recommended to us by a good friend who had building work which we saw and were impressed with. We had an old conservatory knocked down and replaced and the whole job was done within 5 weeks. The quality of the work is exceptional, the team worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were incredibly efficient. Colin is a master at project management and we were impressed that all we had to do was say what we wanted and he sourced the lot from the bifold doors to the flooring and radiators. Everything was on budget and on time.

Big job in a small space with a tight deadline. Colin directed the plumbers and electricians and the job was done on time and within budget. The finished rooms were beautiful. A few problems were encountered on the way, Colin kept us informed and dealt with them with the minimum of disruption to the schedule. Best builders I’ve had work for me

We used alternative building solutions for our loft conversion which was a bedroom en-suite and dressing room. I can not recommend them enough. From start to finish Colin and his team were fantastic, reliable, on time, friendly, tidy and very polite, having 3 children in the house they always made sure everything was tidied away. The work they have carried out is great! The bathroom is exactly how we wanted with the tiling. Nothing was to much trouble everything was explained daily what would be carried out, Fantastic Company will be telling everyone who we used and 100% recommend

Excellent company all round. Completely renovated our bungalow. Good communication at all times, very reliable with a fantastic result and good customer service after job completion. Few little niggles, which you would expect with such a big job, but was no problem to rectify, would definitely recommend this reliable and trustworthy company.
