All work was carried out to the highest standard from start to finish. Property was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. All the work team were courteous and polite at all times with excellent communication. It was a pleasure to have them all working on our property we are very happy with the work they done and would highly recommend their services 100%.

Joe is an excellent builder who takes genuine pride in his work. He organised the building of our 40 square metre rear extension project extremely well, removing the stress from us by liaising with architect, council and other trades. We were kept well informed throughout and put other work through Joe as the project developed. The whole project has been completed to an excellent standard and on budget. Would employ again without hesitation.

Joe took on our project following a bad experience with a previous builder who left us with a half finished extension. He was really helpful, he and Ben listened and understood what our needs were and completed the job when they had advised. It was so refreshing to have a trades person turn up every day and do what they said they would. Joe consulted with us at every step of the way to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted/needed. He was also able to recommend trusted suppliers. We would highly recommend Alternative Alterations and will use again for any future projects.

We can't speak highly enough of Joe and his team. He was recommended to us by another tradesperson we use, as being the best - and we weren't disappointed! Joe is a builder who takes on one job at a time, so you know you are getting 100 per cent attention. Communication was brilliant, as he was always contactable and called us when needed too. They worked to schedule and the job was completed when they said it would be. His expertise was welcomed when we had a needed a bit of design direction.. Tidy, professional, reliable, totally trustworthy, and very mindful of our neighbours which was gr
