We recently called Alt Construction again for a rear extension in Streatham, after they completed a fantastic loft conversion for us 3 years ago. As before, they handled everything—from structural work to plumbing, brickwork, electrical, fitting, and decoration. Expertise and good communication is what Alt Construction are known for and they live up to their reputation. Tommas is one of the owners and he personally project managed our side-return extension. He made sure we were happy each step of the way. They did an amazing job and also did little things like providing us with a temporary set-up: washing mach./dishwasher etc. This made living through the work less stressful. They delivered to their timeline and budget and made sure everything was expertly done. We’re planning future projects and will go directly to Alt Construction for this work.

I used Alt Construction for a major renovation project in a conservation area and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Marcello and his team exhibited the utmost professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. In my situation, besides the great work carried out, I found very helpful their advices with regards to architectural aspects and all technical matters.

I'm really impressed with the workmanship of ALT carried out for our loft conversion. We didn't think we'd be able to create a good loft space but our architect advised us on the best design and ALT completed the project with very good finishes. They were always available to speak to us during the whole renovation and always took our ideas on board. They were not the cheapest, but we were really happy with the results and believe the cost was worth every penny. We were considering moving home but now we feel really comfortable as ALT have help create the sanctuary we now love to live in.

Simply fantastic!!! Very professional and reliable, absolutely on time and great finishing on the details. I particularly appreciate the tiling finishing in the bathroom in which the 45-angle edges have been made for free, something very uncommon. I strongly recommend this construction company.
