Lee was fantastic. He came promptly assessed the situation and rectified. All throughout he was reassuring and gave really practical advice and tips. It was a pleasure to work with him. Lovely guy and really knowledgeable. Checked the garage and identified possible entry points to next door. Gave advice on how to fill holes. Also checked house from top to bottom. Thankfully no mice there, but gave great advice on how to future proof house, where likely holes are and how to sort. Left some traps and bait which caught two and very little further activity when he returned to see how it was going. It was such a relief to know the problem was being sorted. Lee came to have a look to see if I indeed had a pest problem. He had a look and couldn't find any evidence, so instead of carrying out unnecessary work, he advised to keep and eye out and let me know what signs there would be. He talked me through every step of what he was doing. We called Lee when we suspected that we had rats in our loft. After confirming that we did have rats, Lee talked us through what he was going to do and took time to explain how they can get in. Very happy with the end result (no more rats) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone else dealing with this pest.
