  Finally Fixed What Others Couldn’t

  After ongoing, intermittent issues with rats in the loft, Lee finally got to the root of the problem. On his second visit —after I’d spoken with my next-door neighbours to gain access on their side —he was able to identify the entry point, something multiple council visits and even a drain inspection from Northumbrian Water had failed to do. Lee’s communication was excellent throughout, and he was professional, reliable, thorough, and always on time. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough and just wish I’d known about him sooner.

  Help with removal of mice infestation from house

  Lee was fantastic came out within 48 hours to help with mice infestation, got the mice contained to under the stairs where we kept trapping for 10 days and infestation seems to have gone.

  Fantastic. Lee was friendly, informative , professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My Street had a problem with rats coming up through the drains. Lee fitted a valve in the drain , filled all holes in the loft and laid bait. Within a week all signs of rats were gone. I felt safe with Lee in the house on my own and was very pleased with the results. He was respectful to my property and took care to be safe around pets. As someone with a rat phobia he made a stressful situation stress free. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Vermin problem
