Callum, and co were on time! Callum communicated extremely well with me; this included calling me whilst I was on holiday, to assure me that the installation was going smoothly! I had an array of quality tiles to choose from. I immediately noticed that I could no longer hear the leaking water that stressed me out, the quality of the roof and workmanship was remarked upon by my neighbours. AL were friendly, so great to come home from holiday knowing they assessed aspect of my neighbour’s property that led to damage of my roof, AL sorted this for me, no extra charge! New roof 25 year guarantee!

I had most roofers (even from Checkatrade) telling me I needed to replace my whole roof (original slate) some just by viewing Google maps!! Callum came along and checked it out and did a repair job to it and said the rest of the roof is fine and in good condition. This guy saved me thousands with his honesty. His customer service was excellent and the job was done no fuss, no pressure, no mess. I highly recommend him.

They were quick to respond. Work was of a fair standard and both Callum and Jordan were very polite and showed me steps along the way. My fault I did not have work in writing so what was discussed was not actioned. But happy with their work carried out.

Came and looked over the work to be done on our roof on 1st March. I was told a quote would be emailed to me. After a couple weeks no quote sent so I phoned and was told it would be with me at the end of the day. Still no quote. Phoned several days later and was told the quote was in the middle of being written up and would be with me by the end of the day. Still no quote after 6 weeks. If they didn't want the job then why not say!

Arrived on time, Callum and team reassessed and explained work required and completed in specified time along with a 3 year guarantee. Very happy with service .

Callum and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were very professional and the price quoted was acceptable. Cleaned up their site on completion and kept me informed of any issues found at all times with photographs. Excellent service and will recommend to friends and family.
