Had solar panels and Foxess battery fitted and fantastic service. The lads who fitted the system were so polite, professional and tidy. Genuinely the best service I have ever had from a company doing work on our house. No hesitation in recommending Alps. Amazing service! 👍

Brilliant battery installation

After we had our heat pump installed last year adding batteries to our existing 15 year old solar system seemed the logical next step. Isabella was our first point of contact, she was fantastic with the pre-installation communication and quotes. Brad and Leo carried out a very impressive installation. First class service throughout, would highly recommend.

An outstanding experience with ALPS from start to finish. Isabella was fantastic with the pre-installation communication, quotes, and paperwork, while the installation team delivered top-tier workmanship on our solar panels, 46kWh battery stack, and dedicated EV charging circuit. The workmanship is immaculate, they left the place spotless, and they handled the complex G99 grid application immediately. True professionals who genuinely know their trade inside out. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

A little about the people behind the business!

Andy Pemberton

Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.

Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.

Isabella Pemberton

Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be.
