Great all round experience. From contacting them my inverter was replaced within 2 days . The engineer called in advance and was quick and efficient also took all the rubbish away .

Always reply to questions, explain answers, give information and clarity on all options, prices competitive, service exceptional. Do things on time, always on budget. A pleasure to deal with. Replacement of Static Inverer

Alps is a family business where you talk to real people who are excellent at their individual jobs. From supplying details of the failure a quotation was supplied the following day and because a window of opportunity was available the next day the change-out was completed and the system put back online. I have previously dealt with this company and my experience continues to find them, courteous, knowledgeable, on-time and extremely competitive (this occasion 30% less than others).

From initial enquiry through to final completion of the work the service has been of an exceptional standard. The communication was excellent. The installation of the solar panels, inverter and batteries was carried out professionally and efficiently. Leo and Brad who installed the system were excellent. Isobella was brilliant in making sure that we knew what was going on when and answering any contract and registration issues. Andy was more than willing to discuss the available options and came up with a pragmatic solution. We would highly recommend Alps Electrical

Solar Panel and Battery Installation + EV Car Charger

Fantastic company to work with!!. The whole team, from Andy, Bella, Brad and Leo, to Pete's scaffolding team. All very professional, very communicative, clean work site and easy to deal with. Bella was great to get all the paperwork sorted and applications for the various pieces prior to installation. Andy did a brilliant design of the system that works perfectly with my house requirement (always there for a quick call/text on a question) - Once I got use to the App's its dead simple. Brad and Leo did a perfect job on the roof and the battery installation. Thoroughly Professional!

Andy Pemberton

Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.

Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.

Isabella Pemberton

Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be.
