Alps Electrical where very responsive to my questions, I was kept updated all the way through the process. The guys who installed my EV charger where knowledge, professional, courteous and efficient, I am very pleased.

Top Quality communication, advise and install

We recently used Alps Electrical for our home battery installation, and it was a great experience from start to finish. When I first called, I only had a rough idea of what I wanted, but not a clear picture. I was given really helpful advice on which brand and battery size would best suit my needs. The installation was completed to a very high standard, with all the cable work extremely neat and tidy. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. I would highly recommend Alps Electrical and will 100% use them again for my next project.

Alps Electrical have just completed our installation of a Sigenergy system with a Gateway and solar panels. Absolute first class service from start to finish. Communication was great and lads just got on quietly and efficiently with the work. We started saving money immediately! Delighted with service.

This is How Every Solar Installer Should Operate

Alps Electrical are an outstanding family business run by Andy and Isabella Pemberton. Andy's advice to consider Sigenergy over Tesla turned out to be spot on, and Isabella fought Northern Power Grid to get us the right inverter, saving our garage solar array. The installation team — Luke, Chris, Brad and Leo — worked through snow, wind and rain without complaint. Brad and Leo in particular deserve a medal for their determination on the final day. A little about the people behind the business!

Andy Pemberton

Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.

Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.

Isabella Pemberton

Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be.
