Excellent service from Belle and the team they took my request and all information sent promptly via email compared to other companies then booked my EV charger in for installation all completed in one week. Outstanding service.

Excellent from start to finish. Brilliant communication from Bella prior to the start of the job, all planned to perfection. Really high standard of workmanship on the install and a first class service all round. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a solar and battery storage installation.

We wanted an ev charger installing and wanted advice on a few different options. Alps were extremely helpful and we had the charger installed less than a week from when we enquired. Decent price and great service, would highly recommend Alps.

Alps Electrical installed my EV charger 2 weeks ago. Preliminary communication was excellent. Time from first contact to installation was really short. Really neat job done by 2 very polite young men who gave clear explanation of unit. Certificates emailed through promptly.

A little about the people behind the business!

Andy Pemberton

Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.

Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.

Isabella Pemberton

Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be.
