We're able to come out quickly and found the fault on Friday 12th A new generation meter was required. They ordered the new meter and returned on Monday 15th to fit meter and test system. VERY GOOD. Excellent service.

What an amazing service! Everything from discussing my needs over the phone, receiving an extremely good quote to getting a slot for installation the very next day!! The installation of the EV point is excellent. The guys doing the work were polite, helpful and obviously highly skilled as the workmanship is on point!! I would highly recommend Alps Electrical to anyone in need of these kind of services. David

Absolutely delighted with Alps Electrical. From getting the quotes to getting the rcb board changed everything has been great. I literally can't express how impressed I am. Spoke to Andy and he gave us good advice on the issue we were having and Isabelle was really helpful when I spoke to her. The quotes we received by email were very detailed and easy to understand. Two nice lads did a very good job and left everything nice and tidy. I would certainly recomend Alps Electrical to anybody 😊

A little about the people behind the business!

Andy Pemberton

Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.

Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.

Isabella Pemberton

Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be. Many of our customer reviews mention the fantastic communication they have experienced from Isabella.
