Al and his family run operation could not have done a better job. No effort was too small. No explanation too irritating to give. Understanding to families needs the work was completed to an impeccable standard, guaranteed for 20 years. And things were always left well at the end of the day. He got the scaffolding the skip and even had someone to help structurally, with the drains and roof too - all great tradesmen too. Fantastic communication, on time, clean, reliable and professional finish. Was clear on extra work needed from original quote due to removal of render to see full damage and gave clear options. Had 2 separate jobs done now by Alex & Will, first was most ceilings & a couple of walls, all in the first few days of moving into our new house, and now just completed whole ground floor levelling for us. So pleased with both jobs, all completed with no fuss, great guys, always arrived on time, very helpful, courteous, and left everything clean & tidy !
