Asked for a quote and was called by Hayley to explain the service and offer me an appointment date. This was only in a few days time but then called a short time after to offer me a cancellation spot for the next day. She was very helpful. Had a structural survey yesterday completed by Abbas. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend

The technician came by to inspect the leak, took some photos, and later sent us a report. In the report, they recommended repairs covering literally all areas of the roof, without clearly specifying why we have to do that, was the work not already there ( not supported with the pics), where exactly the work is needed, etc. Aside from that, he was polite, communicated well, and understood our concerns.

Great experience the report was detailed. I would highly recommend this Alpine for your structural surveying needs.

Abbas was professional, reliable and we felt very confident on what we had to do after his visit. He revisited our house mid way through building work to check what we were doing to rectify some building issues. He gave clear and practical advice and liaised with the builder well to make a plan. Post visit he has been very helpful to answer questions quickly. Highly recommend.
