Needed to find out the cause of mold issues presenting in the property, fair price, timely response and in depth report. All staff were friendly and helpful

A thorough and detailed survey was carried out which was corroborated in the report. I enquired if the surveyor could shed some light on his findings. So i was encouraged to submit my queries via email . Surveyor kindly called me back to discuss the relevant points i raised. Kyle the surveyor answered all our questions expertly and with an expertise that gave us a better understanding of the report.

The surveyor was very thorough and produced a very detailed and relavent survey.

They turned up on time. Did the repairs with no problem and showed me pictures of their finished work.

Fantastic thorough review. Although it wasn’t cheap, the report I got was worth every penny. I now have a plan for remedial work on my property for the coming years. Really positive. Would recommend this firm to anyone!

The company met my expectations in conducting a damp survey to identify the reason why my new Karndean flooring had distorted and risen off the ground. The survey eliminated any other source of the dampness other than a recent but possibly long-term water leakage from my central heating system with pipes buried in concrete that had recently been discovered and fixed. As a result we removed the new plastic Karndean flooring and replaced it with more breathable carpet and underlay. All looking good so far after about 6 weeks.
