  Brilliant Heat Pump system

  Great service, great workmen, great heat pump. I was a little dubious about heat pumps at first, but after meeting with one of their specialists, he explained how the system works in fine detail. Upon commencing the work, the team arrived and just got on with the job. They were very efficient, very tidy and very careful. They had protective covers for our carpets and were very respectful of our home. The system was installed across a couple of days and on completion, I was given a very thorough run through of how to use the system - which is very simple.

  ALP heating fitted my AUX heat pump. These guys work with AUX. From the survey with Erkan till job completion the guys were very professional. The survey was extremely detailed and not rushed so everything was sized correctly. They upgraded 5 of my radiators and added an additional one in my property. This was a conversion from a combi boiler as well so involved fitting a cylinder and reconfiguring pipework. Getting the pipework from the heat pump to the airing cupboard from the outside. Extremely pleased with my heat pump install. The aftercare has been fantastic too.

  Expert service from start to finish!

  After hearing mixed things about heat pumps in cold weather, I’m happy to report that our new system, installed 2nd December, is performing brilliantly. The installation process with AUX UK was smooth and well-managed. The survey was thorough, and they didn't try to oversell—just gave honest advice on radiator upgrades. The unit is much quieter than our old boiler, and the "steady" heat is far more comfortable than the on-off blasts we used to get. Even on the frosty mornings we’ve had since the install, we’ve had plenty of hot water. Great service from start to finish!

  Heat Pump install and service

  The installers at Alp Heating were very professional and responsive. Their price was accurate and it was worth every penny. They have installed our heating pump in 2024 and done the annual service recently. I already recommended them to my colleagues.
