Jon and his team were great. They got started within 3 weeks and did the work to a good standard. They had a good strategy for accessing the roof with a ladder system and managed to avoid lengthy waits for scaffolding. Very competent with the flat roof replacement, ridge, valley and soffit repairs.

Jon was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He sent a lot of photos showing the state of the roof and explained carefully the work that needed to be done. The work was done well, quickly and efficiently.

The quality of work and attitude of contractors was very good, but we did have a misunderstanding of the costs of extra work. I would recommend any extra work costs are agreed in writing rather than by telephone and subsequently changed based on the interpretation of contractual terms.

Great care and professionalism was carried out to every aspect of the work. Really impressed with the service. The communication was excellent on what was going to happen and when, and the whole process was incredibly slick. Scaffolders had the scaffolding up the day before the work and it was back down again 2 days after they finished and all were polite, helpful and cleaned up well - even spotting we had a rogue plant growing up there we didn’t know and took it down for us. Thoroughly recommend.
