  Change a cracked radiator pipe

  Repiping Living Room

  Subpar craftsmanship resulted in water damage to my hallway flooring. I reached out to inquire whether any water had leaked and attempt to find a resolution, and they acknowledged that it had. However, they are now ignoring all my calls and messages. As a result, I am now at a loss.

  After a previous leak and a void insurance claim. advice not to lay the new floor without it being fully dried out was ignored. I’ve since spoken with the customer after a short holiday but still can not agree a suitable resolution.

  Toilet flush mechanism change

  Changes the toilet flush mechanism and re-sealed the cistern to the wall, although that re-sealing also stuck the top of the cistern a bit and had to be unpicked later. Was prompt and friendly.
