  Bathroom toilet & sink fitting

  Turned up on time and as planned. Fitted new toilet & sink in our bathroom, replaced some pipework & fitted separate valves on each to make isolating them easier. Nice, friendly guy who explained the job once completed, which was great to know. Would definitely recommend.

  Turned up on time, quickly located the problem and offered advice, as the issue turned out to fall under Seven Trents plumbing. On top of all this charged no call out fee. Will be using Alpha Plumbing for any future issues.

  Repiping Living Room

  Subpar craftsmanship resulted in water damage to my hallway flooring. I reached out to inquire whether any water had leaked and attempt to find a resolution, and they acknowledged that it had. However, they are now ignoring all my calls and messages. As a result, I am now at a loss.

  After a previous leak and a void insurance claim. advice not to lay the new floor without it being fully dried out was ignored. I’ve since spoken with the customer after a short holiday but still can not agree a suitable resolution.
