Jammed Yale lock advice and replacement

Provided really helpful advice to see if I could resolve the issue myself and avoid needing a locksmith which I appreciated. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to fix it myself so he sent someone to replace the lock within an hour or so at 9pm as I was on the other side of London without charging insane out of hours rates. Very reasonable price and I am very happy with the work done which included replacement lock and cylinder.

Needed a new lock fitted

When on the check a trade site only 2 trades came back to me, alpha called and told me what details was needed, he kept in touch with me, made a date which was within 24hrs, arrived promptly, gave a better suggestion making the price cheaper, did the work quickly and also reattached the side frame which I wasn't expecting. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone.
