The job entailed 5 or 6 separate areas of work. Lee talked me through various options during the quotation review which was very helpful and he provided me with a choice of quotes for the different options. During the work he also discussed any issues as they arose and explained the various options. All the jobs were completed successfully and I am glad that I chose the re-positioning option of the kitchen taps rather than just the like for like replacement even though that did mean work on the 90 year original lead pipes.

We’ve had an issue with our bathroom taps for ages and were so thankful with Lee’s prompt and reliable advice and help - now it’s all sorted and it was so quick!

Lee replaced all our bathroom taps, including shower, basins and bath and we are so happy with them. He gave lots of good advice about the right ones to get. A couple of the fittings were not straightforward but he was able to problem solve on the spot and get it done Very friendly and nice energy too. We will happily call Lee again.

Lee was on time. Very quick, extremely neat. I had purchased some of the wrong materials. But he has a magic van with all sorts of plumbing spares and I was in luck! Job was done in less time than estimated and all works a dream Thank you Alpha heating
