Alpha Glazing responded quickly offering to measure up within a couple of days. During the visit they put safety film over the shattered glass to prevent it falling out. Their quote was very competitive. Moreover, they were the only company who could source an exact match to the pattern. This they fitted within 2 weeks (a neighbour had to wait 6 weeks from their glazing company). The install took them less than 40 minutes in which time they also rehung my front door which was jamming for no extra charge. They would be my go to company for glazing needs in future. I needed a couple of blown double glazed window panes replaced. Jack was around very quickly to measure and price and then had the panes fitted within a few days. A very reasonable price and great customer service.

James and jack (I think) did an excellent job of providing us with a new conservatory roof. Not only was it half the cost of some of the ridiculous quotes we had from local conservatory show rooms, they went above and beyond, fixing some existing guttering issues that were nothing to do with the conservatory. They also took away all our blinds which saved me a trip to the tip. Lovely friendly business that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

I was considering the worst when I was told the lock had snapped and I may need a new window. I was also told that the window would need to come out and bend the frame to replace the lock. There is some minor damage that I am hoping they will be able to fill. Jack and Oliver were the two guys who attended my property and were professional and courteous all throughout. I was in contact with James a lot as I wasn't getting responses from as I presume he was busy. James was still very understanding with the cost in letting me pay it Iver two months with a 50% up front cost and not 30%. Thank you.

Good communication throughout and installed to an extremely high standard. Very flexible to accommodate unforeseen challenges as well. I am really happy with the doors - look really smart and are exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend to anyone looking to get windows / doors installed
