Clear communication and full explanation of quote. Punctual and working in some horrendous weather, but did everything to the best standards. Made sure that they left the site clear and tidy at the end of each day. Check ins with me at each stage and full transparency and explanations of choices to be made. When a concern had been raised it was dealt with immediately. Both Steven and Callum were professional and respectful in their communication with myself and my partner. Steven and crew did a great job in replacing the old double gates at the rear of our property. The new gates were made to measure and of good quality materials. Extra strong hinges were used as required and done in good time at a reasonable price. The old gates were also taken away for a small fee. We recommend Alpha fencing for a professional job.
