  Impressed with their excellent reviews I asked Steve to quote for a commercial roller shutter in a busy Bognor block of flats. After careful consideration of the projected use intensity and local salt air conditions we agreed on a properly coated product at what I thought was an extremely reasonable price. The motor selected was good for much more traffic than we have now. I signed off the job today, Steve went over and above in ensuring the installation was perfect, I could not be happier. As a bonus the operation is a lot quieter than the old one. Full marks Alpha!

  Very quick response and visit (that afternoon) to my initial enquiry. Effected temporary repair (that appeared to be without charge) followed by a permanent solution the following week. Good communication throughout and a knowledgeable and friendly service.

  If you are looking for a knowledgeable, highly skilled tradesman who is also honest, Steve is your man. Yesterday Steve came over as I had an issue with my front door that was installed less than 3 years ago by another company that has gone bust. The internal handle had stopped working, so you could only open the door from outside. From inside the handle just turned & turned & didn't seem to catch the lock. Within 10 mins Steve had got the tools from his van & fixed the lock. He could have said it wasn't repairable (like another chap who quoted £££s) but he just fixed it. I highly recommend!
