Jake was very prompt to respond to my texts and he arrived when he said he would. He and (Dan?) were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning to roof of the conservatory and the gutters as well. He also helped me to identify another problem that I have been trying to figure out for about 2 years now. What I admire is that he could have charged me a bunch of money saying he could fix it, but he was honest (you don’t find a lot of honest tradesmen these days) and he said he didn’t want to say he could fix something and charge me for it, then a few months later it’s a problem again.Verified reviewerJob location: KT1310 Patio jet wash and black spot removal
