  Ryan and his team delivered a great, friendly, quick and timely service. The camera set up was installed quickly, the cables were managed well and a quick presentation was carried out to explain how the system works. Although the system is quite easy to understand and get the hang of, I was encouraged to get in touch if I have any further questions.

  From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service has been excellent. Ryan provided clear, detailed advice on the right CCTV setup for my home and made the whole process simple. Mike carried out the installation with real professionalism — punctual, efficient, and took the time to explain the system in a way that was easy to understand. A top class team. Highly recommended.

  I emailed the company, I received a phone call from Alpha within 30 minutes, all information was given to me and I booked a fitting a week later. I received a phone call an hour before Mike arrived. After a quick discussion the system was fitted. Mike assisted with downloading the App and then showed us how to work it. I'm very pleased with the system and Ryan and Mike are extremely professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

  CCTV fitting

  I booked with Ryan for my nan and grandads house to have 3 CCTV cameras fitted. The price was very good & the service from Ryan was even better. Jason came and fitted the CCTV for us, he explained where the cameras should go for the most optimal view and when one of the cameras didn’t look onto the front door (because of a porch) he moved the camera to a different location for us. I would 100% recommend booking with this company.

  New Alarm and CCTV with app access

  I recently had Alpha install a new alarm system along with front and rear CCTV, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Ryan in the office provided excellent communication answering all my technical questions with ease and ensuring the pricing was transparent and comprehensive. The installation was carried out by Mike, who did a first-class job, demonstrating skill and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Alpha to anyone looking for reliable security solutions.
