  We engaged Alpha BC Ltd in Dec25 to remediate and continue extension works previously started by another builder.We paid a total of £42k for labour only with final payment made on5Dec25.After final payment, the company owner stated that the company would not be completing the remaining agreed works. As of 7Jan26, the project remained unfinished.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, we were unable to reach an agreement with them.Due to time constraints, we have arranged for other trades to complete the work. We are exploring formal options to resolve the matter. Any advise is welcome

  An Exceptional Builder - Professional, Skilled, and a Pleasure to Have in Our Shop

  We are absolutely over the moon with the exceptional work done by Peter and the team/Alpha BC on our Commercial shop extension. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy. The quality of craftsmanship is superb, with a fantastic attention to detail. Communication was clear and friendly throughout the entire process. It was a genuine pleasure to work with such a trustworthy and skilled builder.   From start to finish this team were excellent . Reliable, finished the job ahead of time, great communication, cleaned up after themselves rubbish removed ,workmanship great, good value for money, highly recommend and will be using them again

  Kitchen & 2 bathroom remodel

  Peter and the Alpha BC team were excellent with the renovation of our flat! We had 3 projects to be done at the same time. We redid the kitchen using Ikea furniture, adding an island bench and new appliances. It was a complex project because none of our walls are straight or have right angles. We also redid 2 bathrooms with new bathtub, doors, tiling, and installing bidet toilet. 3 of 4 walls had to be rebuilt fully. We also moved the washing machine and had to redo the plumbing. It took 3 weeks, the team was really friendly and helpful, the work standard is excellent!
