Chris was very quick to respond to my queries. Within a few day, he had the job organised and completed. I am very pleased with the work he has done and the speed in which was completed.

Excellent work from Chris and team, pushing to get it done before Xmas battling the rain all throughout. Great communication and punctuality all through the job. Will have Chris return for a future extension.

Chris was professional from start to finish. He came out straight away to quote the job and the quote was very good and very reasonable. Chris was very flexible with when he could fit us in and on the day he turned up early and got the job done. To top it off he cleaned up the drive and cars removing excess brick dust. Chris was also very honest with us advising us on work that was necessary and work that wasn't necessarily needed, rather than trying to get extra work. We will definitely be using him again if needed.

Excellent service. Kept me well informed how the job would progress. Contacted me if he wasn't coming on the day he told me and would give me the date he was next coming. He was very polite. Quoted £189,335 (17.03.24); CH stated he was sole trader (no VAT). Plastering initially £9k. CH changed plasterer (19.11.24), price unchanged. CH requested £3.2k deposit for materials (21.11.24); paid (22.11.24). He couldn't proceed (19.02.25). 3rd plasterer quoted ~£14k (25.02.25). refund of deposit requested (03.03.25). CH promised refund (03&15.03.25). Not received. CH stated (30.03.25) cash paid to plasterer. Shared screenshot of £3.2k bank transfer to 'Dad' on 22.11.24. Stated £2,160 due after 20% tax (but not VAT) & £400 materials. Contract terminated. Requesting refund
