Andrea was responsive, good at communicating and went deeper than just accepting what diagnostics told him. It was refreshing to see as so many others just go on what the diagnostics say without questioning it. Andrea was happy to explain his thoughts on what was wrong and remedy the issue. I contacted Alpha and they came out the next day, contacting me first and checking they could come early when they had a cancellation. Friendly and fast job, showing evidence of the issue and explaining all work done. Would use again - thank you.

Customer service spot on , kept me informed alway through the repair job on my mini, other people I had taken it to were not able to find the fault , but Alpha auto tracked it down to a faulty air flow censor , great job cars running like a dream.
