  Kitchen Reconfiguration, Wall Removal & Plastering

  ALP carried out building work at our property, including knocking down a wall and reconfiguring the downstairs layout to create an open-plan kitchen diner. They also completed all plastering work as part of the project. The work was completed to a very good standard throughout. ALP were reliable, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to others in the market. We would happily recommend them.

  Reliable, punctual, efficient.

  We recently completed a home renovation project with ALP and were very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The workmanship was of a high standard, communication was clear throughout, and the team was professional, reliable, and respectful of our home at all times. The project was completed on schedule, and any issues or changes along the way were handled efficiently. They also showed a great knowledge of building regulations and requirements, which gave us confidence throughout the project. Attention to detail was excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

  Aaron and his team did a great job at a fair price.

  Great experience with Aaron and his team. He managed the end to end work for a garage conversion that required building control to validate the work. Everything passed perfectly. The worked involved removing a wall that my structural engineer found as non bearing. It was in the end and Aaron managed the whole change with professionalism and fairness.

  Structural wall removal

  Aaron and his team carried out a structural wall removal and install of a steel beam. I would not hesitate to use them again as they were punctual, quick and did everything to a high standard.

  Side extension

  Aaron and his team recently completed a side extension on my home. He and his team went constantly above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and nothing was too much to ask . His team work incredibly fast and they was on-site every day with out fail. I will personally call out his roofing work in second to none where it is installed with meticulously detail and excellent craftsmanship.

  Rear and 1st floor extension

  Overall we were happy with the quality of the works. Arron was accommodating when it came to changes and additions. He was reasonable in most of the cases where we wanted to add something that was not agreed on as part of the contract. After the works were quoted, the building regs changed Aarons estimated the changes would cost an additional £10k which we had to budget for. 3/4 of the way through the works, I asked Arron where we stood. He said the reg changes did not actually cost more and I need not worry about the 10k. I'm not sure many builders would have said the same!
