  Rear and 1st floor extension

  Overall we were happy with the quality of the works. Arron was accommodating when it came to changes and additions. He was reasonable in most of the cases where we wanted to add something that was not agreed on as part of the contract. After the works were quoted, the building regs changed Aarons estimated the changes would cost an additional £10k which we had to budget for. 3/4 of the way through the works, I asked Arron where we stood. He said the reg changes did not actually cost more and I need not worry about the 10k. I'm not sure many builders would have said the same!

  Converting loft space to add 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

  Aaron gave a very detailed and accurate quote breakdown of the work costs and payment was over 12 stages as jobs were completed. The team worked hard and did a very good job with all of the stages of work and took pride in their work. They were pleasant to work with and always tried to keep the disturbances of the job for us and our neighbours down to a minimum.

  Fixing flooding damage of my property

  Alp was the quickest to inspect, quote, provided a reasonable quotation for extensive work. They were flexible to my schedule, while conducting the work quickly, thoroughly and respectfully. We were informed well of all activities, given options and made to feel like top priority. Great job and people.
