Greg was punctual, very polite, hard working, did not stop for a second. He did some of our radiators and with no hesitation we asked him about doing other jobs in the house. Very impressed.

After boiler was installed in the kitchen from previous location, my wife started to smell gas. I did reported that to this guy because i did not pay attention and was in house renovation, also was not that bad, but started to get worse, bu after i decided to buy a gas detector and it was indeed gas leaking. Now he wants to charge me for the job he should be done properly in the firsf place. Also not to forget to mention he almost broke my boiler, as he has a very bad temperament when he gets angry, the boilet water in system damaged as i cannot remove the key inlet.

Mr Grzegorz installed boiler. A day after installation thermostat stopped working, He came back, fiddled with wiring and thermostat started working again, but controller stopped working. Few days after thermostat stopped working again and boiler was faulting. He refused to come back and fix the issues, claiming that the boiler is under warranty and I should contact manufacturer, or he will come back charging 65£/ph. I contacted manufacturer, they sent engineer who indicated that boiler is free of faults and is not wired properly. Electrician fixed the problem, said the same- incorrectly wired.

Good communication, arrived on time, completed work quickly and gave some helpful advice on other things to look at.

Posted on check a trade for the above work and Greg responded within an hour of the request. He came within 2 days and accommodated a time slot we requested. He was prompt and professional; did a thorough job and we would certainly consider him again for our future service. We received a message the day before to confirm the appointment and timeframe he would be arriving, which was great.
