very good communication. prompt reply to questions. good value for the jobs done. Only left a kitchen panel out of place and made me think that the tenant damaged the kitchen and then had to get a handyman to look at the kitchen panel. but it turns out it was just pushed to the side. so i gave 8 for tidiness. but otherwise excellent. Very pleasant chaps. will use again.

Paul was fantastic through the whole process, he got back to me quickly and came over, explained the problems with our system and gave options for next steps, and was very helpful after the boiler was installed as well. Amazing work, fully recommended!

So pleased the day Paul was recommended to us and I’d like to do the same. Our boiler stopped working. I called Paul and within a few hours he was able come and check it out and found a few issues! He explained fully and showed me what was needed and I agreed with him to get the parts and return next day. Within a few hours he called to say he was on his way back with the parts! “Can’t not let you have heat” was his comment. He was tidy, methodical, friendly, polite and genuine plus he got our boiler working! We didn’t feel over charged and have complete confidence in him.

Called when on the way, polite and tidy, cleaned up everything after himself so you'd hardly known he'd been there! Answered some questions and explained everything about how to pay. Excellent and will definitely be using again.
