Bill arrived when he said he would, explained the work clearly, carried it out efficiently, and his pricing seemed very fair. We had a smoke detector which was repeatedly going off and he kindly found time to come out the same day, which was much appreciated. He also fixed a number of other items and needed to come back the next day with some parts. On both visits he was punctual and helpful. Thank you Bill!

William Allfrey is the best electrician I have ever used. When I moved into my new house, he inspected all the wiring, explained what needed upgrading and advised on work to be done in preparation for the eventual kitchen refurbishment, which has now been carried out. He is always tidy, courteous and punctual. Over the last five years, I’ve used him for all my electrical needs, however large or small, and he has always delivered excellent service. I could not recommend him more highly.

Bill was fantastic. He was punctual, professional, a pleasure to chat with, did the job very well indeed, he was very focused and he got it done in a day as specified. He talked us through any time he thought something was wrong. He even found a fault in the bathroom light we had bought! And he gave us advice on other sockets too. I'll be calling him back for other work in the future, and I'd definitely recommend him!
