Dan and Dean could not have been more professional, friendly and hard working. I would recommend them to anybody.

Be cautious using them, especially if you are a single woman. My dealings with them were quite disappointing, characterized by a notable lack of professionalism and respect. I initially hired them to work on a porch, and upon completion, they left without informing me. This forced me to contact them to review their work, which revealed a repair that had yet to be addressed, which was in September 2024, and here we are in April 2025, with no one having returned to rectify the issues. Additionally, I requested a quote for another porch. Despite sending numerous emails, no one has got to me.

This is the second time we’ve used AWS. Mick comes and does a number of site visits to take all the measurements and discuss options. Then we had three guys managed to get our new loft bedroom windows up two flights of stairs and installed from the inside. They also did the windows in our new bathroom without disturbing any of the new tiling which we were already grateful for.

So pleased we used AWS, was our first choice and was certainly pleased we did, great communication from start, very good prices for good quality windows, workmanship was to a high standard, very friendly, tidy and very reliable. Have already recommend to 3 family members. Even took shoes off and laid dust sheets on carpet, this meant alot to me as it meant they respected my property. 100% recommend.

The company was very good, punctual and cleared up all the mess afterwards. Had my old outer house pulled down (made of wood that had rotted), new outer house area with keys was made. Reliable and I would definitely use them again.

Replace 2*French Doors and 3*New WIndows. Site visit early Feb offered clear advice on what was possible and what was practical - particularly going Aluminium for Bi-Folds. Quote the same week - made up and fitted in a month. Fitters were efficient and were clean and tidy with their work - finishing up nicely. Couldn't have received a better service or result.
