  Initially they massively increased the price on the initial quote. I had hedge work carried out that was not completed. They said there were fence posts in the hedge preventing them finishing the work. They then did not turn up on subsequent days after i got them removed.

  These lads are amazing done all my wedding all my hedges reduce a hedge height for me very professional work and very good at what they do and reasonably priced thanks definitely recomend them

  They was very polite group of lads they done everything to my perfection they topped a tree for me and removed all the waste and shaped up to off my hedges and removed all waste these lads was very hard working and very well mannered will definitely be using them again

  Trimming a yew hedge plus smaller length of laurel.

  The employee cutting the hedge was using a blunt trimmer which ripped the bark rather than cutting cleanly. The result is quantities of de-barked twigs which, apart from being unsightly, are a source of future infection. Once I could see the effect of the blunt trimmer I complained to the company, who said this was a first stage, and the second stage would improve the result. No such second stage was forthcoming.
