Tom at Allways replied to the job and visited to quote promptly. His price was acceptable, especially as he was able to carry out the work within just a few weeks. His team were very industrious and completed the work rapidly. The only negatives was some of the detailed finishing was not great. Overall a good result.

Tom came over and inspected our roof and found that our ridge tile Cement had failed over the years ,so Tom recommended us to use the new dry ridge system which he installed to a very professional standard Charged us accordingly and we were very happy with his team and they left the site clean and tidy everyday We also has new felt and Battan fitted as when they removed the ridge you could clearly see it was old and needed replaced Thanks for all your hard work

Tom came around and got on with the job efficiently. He kept me updated on the issues and repaired a section of slate roof that was letting in water.

Tom was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what was needed and options available. There were delays in the work being done, some understandable due to poor weather etc but it was at this time that communication from Tom wasn't at its best but he always responded to texts or queries quickly. No funding was requested until work completed to our satisfaction. The team that did the work were polite, friendly and professional. They undertook the work quickly and efficiently and were happy to answer questions throughout. We are grateful work done before recent storms!
