Julian’s work was first class, he was polite, clean and efficient and went the extra mile when unforeseen issues arose.

Julian repaired all our sash windows, some of which were in a quite bad state of repair to a high standard with excellent craftsmanship. His work was always tidy, Julian completed the work promptly and took the time to explain what he had done each day and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Julian came out originally on a bank holiday Monday to view our sticking sash windows and advise on two new ones. He was very knowledgeable and professional. For a reasonable price he serviced 2 sashes, which now work perfectly and sourced and fitted 2 new sashes to match the originals, which we love. I can thoroughly recommend him!
