Professional, a pleasure to talk to, excellent communication throughout so I always know what cost extra work might involve and a thorough explanation is always given. I cannot speak more highly of Julian and his team. It wasn't a straightforward job, but Julian handled it with professionalism and skill. His responsiveness and communication throughout the job, was great. Our tenant mentioned that he was clean, unobtrusive, and always friendly. Arrived on time, thoroughly tidy during work and after work was complete. Very high quality of work carried out - unable to see where the repairs are on the window and all looks as new. Lovely to talk with and approachable. Gave useful advice about maintenance and aftercare. Carried out extra work on the same day when requested as window frame was more extensively damaged by recent bad weather for only a modest increase in price. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to call if required in future!
