  He fixed a leaking boiler

  Loren, is efficient, professional and very transparent and fair in his pricing. It was amazing to find a person who can respond quickly and where you know exactly how much everything is going to cost. His callout fee was very reasonable and he did not waste time. Everything was above board, with a set price once he has established the cost of the part. He worked super quickly, professionally and gave me some extra help bleeding and balancing radiators. His pricing is clear and honest -he doesn’t rip you off by charging for every half hour to 1 hour like all the guys do. A gem!

  Boiler and heating fixing

  True stars. Expert who come was true professional. Understand problem and fix all in less then half and hour. And most importantly he have all spare parts needed with him . Just need to pre agree all costs for mutual comfort , but that as in any other business

  Did a plumbing job as an emergency

  Had a bit of a difficult issue to begin with however these guys sorted it very quickly and efficiently. I'm extremely happy with how they carried out there work at such short notice and sent out 2/3 different trades men everytime I called who spent along time at my property. Thank you A**** RECOMMENDED

  Leaking pipe under kitchen floor

  Called out on emergency as leaking pipe in kitchen floor. Arrived in 1 hour. Fixed leak. Explained my options clearly for further repairs and maintenance. I then asked them to return next week to replace all underground copper pipes for me as they were old. Returned on time. Changed pipes. Replaced concrete. Cleared up. Even arranged for another guy to come back to plaster and skim the floor even for me. 10 out of 10. Have now arranged for them to come back and service my radiators, boiler and fix an electrical job for me. Even do electrics. All in one service. Fantastic

  Emergency boiler replacement

  Replaced boiler same day in an emergency, and power flushed the heating. Came to the rescue when we had a 1 week old baby and it was below freezing outside and our old boiler broke down. Very professional.
