We had a blockage in the outdoor drain, and we're very glad to have spoken to Hughie, who kindly pointed us in the right direction - it is in fact a shared drain which should be sorted out by the water company. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, very good communication, and we would certainly recommend.

Huhgie attended and very helpfully advised that it was Thames Water sresponsibility and they would fix with no charge. Hughie made no charge but we idid have a cup of tea and a nice chat, excellent service

Really recommend this company. Hughie responded really quickly, checked that our drains were free flowing and advised us that the water board was responsible for any problems since we had shared drainage.
