Hughie came out promptly and gave us excellent advice. Polite, professional and highly recommended. Make sure you use ‘All Surrey Drains’ - there is another operator using a very similar name that is not the same company!

This is a truly decent company. I needed drains unblocked but they advised me that it is a Thames Water problem and I can avoid wasting my money. Honest with integrity.

We had no drainage at the side of our property, with all rain water running on the drive and into the garage. All Surrey Drains came out and gave us a detailed quote with a schematic explaining options. When they came out to do the work they were incredibly fast and tidy. Delightful company to work with, would only ever call Hughie again if we need anything.

We had a blockage in the outdoor drain, and we're very glad to have spoken to Hughie, who kindly pointed us in the right direction - it is in fact a shared drain which should be sorted out by the water company. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, very good communication, and we would certainly recommend.
