Asked for a quote and they said they could fit me in this afternoon. Text me to say what time. Text me when they were on their way. Phoned to say they arrived and Where best to park. Set up and got on with it. Helped me move some furniture around and got it done in an hour. Nice one Laurence. Thanks

Excellent work and end result as the carpets were quite soiled. He (I have forgotten his name!) was polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable explaining which specific treatment each stain needed. He was on time in fact he phoned to see if it was convenient to arrive early which it was. I cannot rate there service highly enough.
