Shambles. Made an appointment with a surveyor and I travelled over 300 miles to meet them. The day before I get a text to say they were cancelling as I was out of their area. The website makes it look like a national company. They could have told me that earlier. If they try and look bigger than they are then I'd avoid.

We original thought we had a problem with the washing machine but it turned out to be a general issue with the RCD tripping. Jesse (or a colleague) determined that all the appliances and sockets were fine so it must be the RCD, and so it proved. He was able to source, collect and fit the new RCD right away and everything's been fine since. Very pleased with the job, plus his breadth of knowledge and courtesy.
