I had one of the worst experiences with this company. The electrician who came out didn’t call ahead, arrived without any tools, and charged £59 just to “inspect” the site — without doing any actual work. It was essentially a call-out fee for showing up empty-handed. Completely unacceptable. The service was unprofessional and felt like a waste of money. The electrician was a young man, and I strongly advise others not to use this company. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for reliable service.
