Exceptional cleaning … very high class finish

I rarely complain but I was told £20/hr, so asked for a first clean post guest. It’s a 2 bed flat which I have cleaned myself on several occasions, never takes more than an hour and it’s in my interest to do the job well as otherwise guests would put a bad review and I would lose business. Marlena charged £120 for a 6hr deep clean! I feel she should’ve asked me first if that was ok to do. When I popped in 3 days later there was dust on skirting, sticky sweet on the carpet floor and dust in a window sill inc dead flies! That’s not a deep clean! My key holder said she had the key for 1.5 hrs!
