Joe Kiddle left a gap in the guttering so that when it rains it pours straight onto my patio like a waterfall. I have rung continuously to get him to rectify but I just get the runaround- he never calls back and whoever answers his calls promises he will be there tomorrow but he doesn’t show

Six months later the flashing attached to the side of the house has sagged/come away, meaning the overall quality of the work has suffered.

Job was only half done- they said they would come back and despite many many phone calls have failed to appear. I have a big gap in my guttering and when it rains it’s like a waterfall on my patio- the noise is horrendous.
